06/21/25 - 3:25 PM - Fort Madison police cited Robert Daniel Wagner, 58, of Fort Madison in the 1800 block of 33rd Street on two charges of possession of a controlled substance in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

06/21/25 - 11:54 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Victoria Rose Alsup, 45, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Avenue L on charges of domestic abuse assault in the first degree and interference with official act. She was held in Lee County Jail.

06/20/25 - 2:10 PM - Keokuk police cited Megan Elissa Kinkeade, 47, of Keokuk in the 3300 block of Main Street on driving under suspension. 
06/20/25 - 8:10 PM- Keokuk police cited Brian Douglas Froman, 56, of Keokuk in the 900 block of Main Street on a charge of operating while intoxicated.
06/20/25 - 8:27 PM - Keokuk police arrested Anthony Deon Gregory, 50, of Keokuk in the 1100 block of Exchange Street on a charge of holding for another agency. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
06/20/25 - Keokuk police arrested a juvenile, 16, in the 900 block of Main Street on a charge of eluding and speeding twenty-five miles over the limit. He was released to his parents. 
06/21/25 - 1:50 AM - Keokuk police arrested Joshua Allen Soper, 37, of Keokuk at South 20th Street and Palean Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, driver's license denied or revoked due to operating while operated, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  He was held in Lee County Jail. 
06/21/25 - 9:16 PM - Keokuk police cited Kyla Jo Bowden, 30, of Keokuk in the 100 block of North 6th Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 
06/21/25 - 11:46 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of South 2nd Street. 
06/22/ 8:47 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1500 block of Main Street. 
06/22/25 - 10:33 PM - Keokuk police arrested Shaughnessy O'Ryan Davis, 42, of Keokuk in the 900 block of Main Street on charges of operating while intoxicated and driving under suspension. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
06/23/25 - 12:27 AM - Keokuk police arrested Dante Malik Martin, 21, of Keokuk in the 1700 block of High Street on a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Lee County Sheriff's Report
06/20/25 - 4:24 AM - Keokuk police arrested Mone Bang-On Hoenig, 41, of Keokuk in the 2500 block of 255th Street on a charge of operating while intoxicated. She was held in Lee County Jail.
06/21/25 - 1:30 AM Keokuk police responded to a no collision, single vehicle accident. According to the report, Aaron Michael Brown, 34, of New London was traveling westbound in the 2400 block of Highway 16 in West Point when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree, causing minor damage to a yard. Brown was taken to the Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center for injury to his head and face. Brown was cited for failure to maintain control. 
06/21/25 - 2:04 PM - Keokuk police arrested Andrea Jean Hoenig, 41 of Fort Madison in the 2500 block of 255th street on a warrant for judgment entry/mittimus. She was held in Lee County Jail.
