05/18/23 – 4:52 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kane A. Simmons, 37, reported as homeless living in Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of Avenue L, on 2 undisclosed warrants. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
05/19/23 – 12:09 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Erica Rae Kimble, 41, of Fort Madison, in the 1800 block of Avenue L, on charges of public intoxication and city: disorderly conduct. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
05/19/23 – 3:21 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Tasha Marie Carter, 41, of Fort Madison, in the 1600 block of Avenue I, on a charge of domestic assault - bodily injury - 1st. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
Lee County Sheriff Report
05/17/23 – 6:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Scott Chase Barnum, 54, of Coralville, in the 300 block of Riverview Drive, Fort Madison, on a warrant for 1st offense 3rd degree sexual abuse - child victim and a charge of enticing a minor under 16 - illegal act. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
05/18/23 – Lee County sheriff deputies had no activity to report.
05/19/23 – Lee County sheriff deputies cited Joyce Ann Rodgers, 30, of Keokuk, at the intersection of Hwy. 61 and 255th Street, Montrose, on charges of possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd and driving under suspension. She was cited and released on a promise to appear.
Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
