Fort Madison Police Report
11/02/23 – 2:40 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Adam Ray Sutton, 45, of Montrose, at 14th Street and Avenue H, on a charge of driving under suspension.
11/02/23 – 4:21 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of Avenue F.
11/02/23 – 6:37 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2600 block of Avenue I.
11/02/23 – 7:31 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 2300 block of Avenue L.
11/02/23 – 8:47 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2100 block of Avenue L.
11/03/23 – 9:33 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Catherine Lynn Talton, 49, of Fort Madison in the 2600 block of Avenue I, on an active warrant and a charge of interference with official acts. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
11/04/23 – 8:59 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Cory James Van Ginkel, 31, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Avenue J, on charges of possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
11/06/23 - 12:29 a.m.- Fort Madison police arrested Aneika Shaterrah Forrest, 26, of Fort Madison, in the 2300 block of Avenue L, on an active warrant and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

Keokuk Police Report
10/23/23 – 11:15 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to two-vehicle accident in the 1200 block of Main Street. According to the report a bicycle fitted with an aftermarket engine driven by Kyle James Burgess, 40, of Keokuk, had struck a vehicle in the McDonald’s parking lot driven by Brandon Glenn Lawson, 40, of Keokuk. Burgess was transported privately to Fort Madison hospital with a shoulder injury. Burgess was cited for failure to provide insurance and driving while suspended.
11/02/23 – 8:18 a.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Benjamen Gurney Skiles, 46, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of 9th Street, on a charge of driving while barred.
11/02/23 – 2:49 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Curtis Wayne McCune, 42, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of South 7th Street, on a charge of domestic assault – bodily injury – 1st. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/03/23 – 10:06 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Eric James Mason, 39, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Exchange St. on a charge of prohibited open burning.
11/03/23 – 10:17 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Thomas Christoper Dodge, 56, of Keokuk in the 3500 block of Main Street on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
11/04/23 - 2:36 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Briana Lynn White, 42, of Keokuk in the 1200 block of Palean St., on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.
11/04/23 – 8:21 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at Plank Rd. and Washington St. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Reid C. Pfeiferling, 23, of Macomb, Ill, made a right turn northbound and a struck a vehicle driven by Ryne Scott Lefler, 19, of Keokuk, who was at a stop waiting to move through the intersection. Pfeiferling was cited for making an unsafe turn. No injuries were reported.
11/05/23 – 12:24 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Montana Gracey Lamma, 25, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of S. 6th St., on an active warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
11/05/23 – 12:26 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Jonas Mark Adam, 18, of Keokuk, in the 2000 block of Meadow Ln. on a charge of reckless use of a firearm. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
11/05/23 – 1:27 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Montana Verne Strader, 33, of Maquon, Ill., on N. Water St., on an active hold for other agency. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
11/05/23 – 2:30 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Katie Ashlei Shankle, 20, of Kahoka, on a charge of 5th-degree theft.
11/05/23 – 8:03 p.m – Keokuk Police cited Jeannetta Lynn Nobles, 37, of Keokuk in the 1400 block of Timea St. on a charge of driving while barred.

Lee County Sheriff Report
11/02/23 – 8:30 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Eric Eugene Fortune, Sr., 56, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
11/03/23 – 1:23 p.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jerry Lee Blackwell, 31, of Burlington at the south Lee County Courthouse on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County jail and held.
11/03/23 – 4:01 p.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Dustin James Biddenstadt, 29, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office, on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released serving weekends.
11/03/23 – 8:24 p.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Melissa Marie Readshaw, 55, of Fort Madison, in the 2000 block of Avenue I, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
11/04/23 – 5:03 p.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Tyler Dean Jairi, 27, of Argyle, at the south Lee County Courthouse on an active warrant. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on bond.
11/05/23 – 12:29 a.m. – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jordan Christopher Klesner, 29, of Mechanicsburg, Penn., on charges of OWI and speeding. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on his recognizance.
