10/24/25 - 7:47 PM - Fort Madison police cited Cole Allen Wyatt, 28, of Fort Madison in the 500 block of Avenue E on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. 
10/25/25 - 3:41 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Jeremiah Jacob Prockish, 46, of Fort Madison in the 2000 block of Avenue I on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/25/25 - 9:28 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Molly Rose Haynes, 33, of Fort Madison in the 2900 block of Avenue J on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/26/25 - 1:30 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 3400 block of Avenue L. 

Keokuk Police Report
10/10/25 - 8:52 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 700 block of Main Street. Jessica Danielle Baum, 36, of Keokuk was attempting to back into a parking spot in the Goodyear Auto Service parking lot and drove over a small wall that separates the parking lot from the South alley in the 700 block of Main Street, causing it to teeter on its undercarriage between the parking lot and South alley. Baum was cited for operating while intoxicated. 
10/24/25 - 9:55 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of South 2nd Street. 
10/24/25 - 3:58 PM - Keokuk police arrested Serena Lynn Wykowski, 33, of Keokuk in the 1500 block of Morgan Street on a warrant for violation of probation. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/24/25 - 4:23 PM - Keokuk police arrested Tiffany Lee McGlasson, 34, of Keokuk in the 1500 block of Morgan Street on a warrant for violation of probation. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/24/25 - 7:55 PM - Keokuk police arrested Harold Wilfford Capper, 66, of Keokuk in the 100 block od South 2nd Street on a charge of burglary. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/24/25 - 10:41 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at North 19th Street and Plank Road. 
10/25/25 - 12:04 AM - Keokuk police arrested Coy Daniel Stark, 37, of Keokuk in the 400 block of South 7th Street on charges of possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/25/25 - 12:04 AM - Keokuk police arrested Coy Daniel Stark, 37, of Keokuk in the 200 block of Main Street on warrants for improper use of lanes, eluding and speeding 25 miles over the limit, operating vehicle eithout owner's consent, turning at an intersection violation, and failure to obey flashing red signal. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/25/25 - 3:24 AM - Keokuk police arrested Joshua James Ackley, 24, of Keokuk in the 13th block of Crestview Drive on charges of disorderly conduct for loud noise, public intoxication, and harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/25/25 - 11:14 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 400 block of South 15th Street. 
10/25/25 - 5:42 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1200 block of Johnson Street. 
10/25/25 - 11:23 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 700 block of Franklin Street. 
10/26/25 - 4:45 AM 0 Keokuk police arrested Ruben Tapia Junior, 32, of Keokuk in the 1200 block of High Street on charges of operating while intoxicated and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/26/25 - 10:01 AM - Keokuk police arrested Billy Lee Gooley, 64, of Keokuk in the 1700 block of Timea Street on warrants for sexual exploitation of a minor, distributing obscene material of a minor, and grooming. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/26/25 - 12:28 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at Highway 61 and Hilton Road. 
10/26/25 - 12:34 PM - Keokuk police arrested John Eugene Land Junior, 43, of Keokuk in the 1700 block of Timea Street on a charge of domestic assault causing bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/26/25 - 10:30 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of Timea Street.

10/25/25 - 4:59 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested David Matthew Farran, 51, of Burlington, at the N Lee County Courthouse, on charges of failure to appear and contempt of court. He was held in Lee County Jail.
