Fort Madison Police Report
09/15/23 – 8:22 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Timothy Edward Vincent, 48, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/15/23 – 10:26 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2500 block of Avenue L.
09/15/23 – 12:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 4600 block of Avenue L.
09/15/23 – 4:30 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kimberly Michelle Brewer, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of 25th Street, on a warrant for failure to appear – possession of a controlled substance – meth and a warrant for failure to appear – criminal mischief. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/15/23 – 5:35 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Robin Lee Bahl, 18, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance – marijuana – 1st.
09/15/23 – 6:22 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of Avenue G.
09/15/23 – 9:10 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 3400 block of Avenue Q.
09/16/23 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jaime Lin Rodgers, 48, of Fort Madison, in the 2000 block of Avenue L, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/16/23 – 11:26 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at 28th Street and Avenue N.
09/17/23 – 12:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Nicholas Ryan Queen, 44, of Burlington, in the 900 block of 2nd Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
09/17/23 – 12:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 900 block of 2nd Street.
09/17/23 – 1:29 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2400 block of Avenue J.
09/17/23 – 6:12 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Andrew James Evans, 32, of Keokuk, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear – domestic abuse. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/18/23 – 7:44 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1000 block of Avenue H.

Lee County Sheriff Report
09/15/23 – 4:56 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Christopher Adam Barnes, 32, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a judgment entry/mittimus warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released after weekend service.
09/16/23 – 4:15 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested A'Neika Shaterrah Forrest, 26, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for 5th degree theft less than $300. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released after paying a fine.
09/16/23 – 7:57 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested  Ian Anthony Keefe, 39, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/16/23 – 10:46 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Chloe Catherine Woodley, 24, of Fort Madison, at Hwy. 2 E and West Point Rd., Donnellson, on charges of improper use of lanes and 1st offense OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on her own recognizance.
09/17/23 – 3:45 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Christopher Isaac Martin, 44, of Keokuk, in the 2600 block of Hwy. 61, Montrose, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on his own recognizance.
09/17/23 – 4:14 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Stephen Ray Miller, 30, of Carthage, Ia., at the sheriff's office, on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
09/17/23 – 1:46 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident at 340th Street and Mississippi River Road, Montrose. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Cloyd James Page, 29, of Keokuk, was traveling east on 340th Street near Mississippi River Road when the driver suffered a medical condition and lost the ability to control the car, which crossed the road and entered the right ditch, striking a power pole, going through a steep ditch, and coming to rest against a bush. The driver and passenger were taken to the hospital by ambulance. No citations were reported. Page's vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed from the scene.
09/17/23 – 6:04 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Linda Cannon, 56, of Keokuk, in the 3100 block of 243rd Avenue, Montrose, on a charge of false ID of law/public service officer. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
