12/29/25 - 4:09 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3000 block of Avenue N. 
12/29/25 - 9:39 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Beau Donivon Simmons, 20, of Fort Madison was arrested at 15th Street and Avenue H on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
12/30/25 - 12:27 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Marqus Jeremy Mitchell III, 24, of Burlington at 30th Street and Avenue L on a Scott County warrant for domestic assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.

12/30/25 - 8:50 AM - Fort Madison police cited Nicholas Guzman, 76, of Fort Madison in the 1200 block of 22nd Street on a charge of assault.

12/30/25 - 9:36 PM - Fort Madison police cited Rhonda Marie Moyers, 46, of Fort Madison in the 18th block of Avenue H on a charge of driving under suspension. 
12/31/25 - 5:21 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Dillon Jacob Hancock, 18, of Fort Madison in the 3400 block of Avenue G on charges burglary in the third degree and theft in the third degree. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/1/26 - 5:51 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Madelyn Sackett, 20, of Mount Pleasant in the 4500 block of Avenue O on charges of criminal mischief in the fifth degree and trespassing. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/1/26 - 8:41 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Tyler Riley McFadden, 28, of Fort Madison at 9th Street and Avenue G on charges of pulic intoxication, disorderly conduct, and violation of a domestic no contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
1/1/26 - 12:31 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Christian Cheyenne Dunn, 30, of Fort Madison in the 400 block of Avenue D on charges of violation of a no contact order and domestic abuse assault. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
12/31/25 - 12:31 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Crystal Ann Horn, 29, of Fort Madison in the 400 block of Avenue D on a charge of violation of a no contact order. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
12/31/25 - 12:57 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 5200 block of River Valley Road.

Keokuk Police Report
12/29/25 - 2:11 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury hit and run at Concert Street and North 17th Street. Gregory Dean Guymon, 26, of Keokuk said that Barbara Sue Beaird, 71, of Keokuk stopped at the stop sign at Concert Street and North 17th Street, began continuing east on Concert Street and struck the back of Guymon's vehicle, causing significant damage to the rear bumper, before continuing to flee the scene. Beaird was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way, leaving scene at incident, and failure to provide proof of financial liability in an accident. 
12/29/25 - 4:43 PM - Keokuk police arrested Stephanie Sue Kitavarada, 33, of Keokuk in the 1500 block of Palean Street on a warrant for violation of parole. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
12/29/25 - 5:31 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 2100 block of Timea Street. Sala Jo Baker, 54, of Keokuk was backing out of a driveway and upon entering the street, they struck a parked vehicle. Baker was cited for having no driver's license and no insurance.  
12/29/25 - 11:39 PM - Keokuk police cited Karen Sue Hoadley, 57, of Keokuk in the 3200 block of Main Street on a charge of having a denied or revoked driver's license. 
12/30/25 - 3:03 AM - Keokuk police arrested Kyle Wayne Johnson, 31, of Mount Pleasant in the 100 block of Main Street on cahrges for eluding, driving while barred, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and possession of marijuana. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
12/30/25 - 2:00 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2000 block of Main Street. 
12/30/25 - 3:37 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2000 block of Main Street. 
12/30/25 - 5:05 PM - Keokuk police cited Audrick Ray Haist, 26, of Keokuk at Main Street and Plank Road on a charge for driving under suspension. 
12/30/25 - 10:54 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of North 7th Street. 
12/31/25 - 2:30 AM - Keokuk police arrested Joseph Shawn Young, 23, of Warsaw in the 500 block of Main Street on a charge of operating while intoxicated. He was held in Lee County Jail.
