Fort Madison Police Report
11/14/24 – 3:28 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 600 block of Avenue E.
11/14/24 – 5:29 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 3400 block of Avenue N.
Keokuk Police Report
11/14/24 – 10:43 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 16-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of minor use of tobacco/vaping products. He was released to a parent.
11/14/24 – 11:31 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Nicholas Wayne Burgess, 40, of Hamilton in the 300 block of Main Street on charges of enticing a minor under age 16 – sexual abuse, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/14/24 – 4:49 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 400 block of Bank Street.
11/14/24 – 6:03 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Orleans Ave.
11/14/24 – 6:21 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 900 block of N. 12th Street.
11/14/24 – 9:13 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Kimberly Nicole Brackelsberg, 38, of Keokuk, in the 2400 block of Plank Road on a charge of OWI. She was held in Lee County Jail.
Lee County Sheriff’s Report
11/14/24 – 11:19 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested James Edgar Frary, Jr., 38, of Fort Madison at the sheriff’s office on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/14/24 – 11:55 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Niccolo Luis Michael Moylan, 22, of Burlington, at the sheriff’s office on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in the Lee County Jail.
11/14/24 – 4:14 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested William Shane Dempsey, 51, of Farmington, at the sheriff’s office, on a warrant for assault with bodily injury. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
