Fort Madison Police Report
11/25/25 - 11:06 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 3300 block of Avenue L.
11/25/25 - 11:44 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1300 block of Avenue F. 
11/25/25 - 5:48 PM - Fort Madison police arrested William Lee Bennett Junior, 51, of Fort Madison in the 2700 block of Avenue N on a charge of assault with bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
11/25/25 - 9:40 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3100 block of Avenue P. 
11/25/25 - 10:01 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Alyssa Blair Hardy, 36, of Fort Madison at 28th Street and Avenue L on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driver's license denial or revoked for operating while intoxicated, and possession of marijuana. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Keokuk Police Report
11/18/25 - 10:34 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 3400 block of South 7th Street. William Lee Sparks, 28, of Maywood was heading South in the 3400 block of South 7th Street while towing a trailer. Sparks lost control of his vehicle, causing the vehicle to jack knife with the trailer on the West side of the road. Sparks hit the trees, rear end first in the side side ditch. The vehicle suffered disabling damages. Sparks trailer and vehicle was towed from the scene. Sparks was charged with no valid drivers license, failure to maintain control, failure to provide proof of financial liability, and fradulent use of registration. 
11/25/25 - 9:09 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 300 block of Main Street. 
11/25/25 - 12:46 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2700 block of Main Street. 
11/25/25 - 1:07 PM - Keokuk police cited Jason Thomas McNiell, 28, of Keokuk in the 2700 block of Main Street on a charge of theft in the second degree. 
11/25/25 - 3:15 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at South 7th Street and Main Street. 
11/25/25 - 5:37 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of  a no injury accident in the 600 block of North 10th Street. 
11/25/25 - 8:14 PM - Keokuk police arrested Waylon Dale Cole, 44, of Keosauqua, in the 3400 block of Main Street on charges of operating while intoxicated and having an open container. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
11/26/25 - 2:10 AM - Keokuk police arrested Kristjan DeWayne Sant, 26, of Keokuk in the 200 block of South 3rd Street on a charge of robbery in the second degree. He was held in Lee County Jail.
