04/10/24 – 6:40 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Katelynn Christina Skinner, 32, of Keokukk, in the 1100 block of Orleans Avenue, on a charge of violation of a domestic no-contact order. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/10/24 – 9:57 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested David Edward Pence, 49, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of South 2nd Street, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
Lee County Sheriff Report
04/10/24 – 9:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Mersadys Elizabeth Dickens, 27, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a judgment entry/mittimus warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/11/24 – 12:00 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested David Edward Pence, 49, of Hamilton, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
