Fort Madison Police Report
04/05/23 – 5:46 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1800 block of Avenue O.
04/05/23 – 9:35 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Alex Rodrich Lauber, 22, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of 35th Street, on a charge of disorderly conduct - fight/violence.
04/05/23 – 10:10 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1300 block of Avenue D.
04/05/23 – 11:10 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Trenton Michael Blint, 21, of Fort Madison, in the 1700 block of 35th Street, on a charge of disorderly conduct - fight/violence.
04/05/23 – 12:19 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the Fort Madison area.
04/05/23 – 2:32 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 600 block of Avenue G.

Lee County Sheriff Report
04/05/23 – 3:22 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Barbara Erlene Bryant, 56, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
04/05/23 – 9:11 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Allen Michael Penrod, 29, of Keokuk, in the 4500 block of Avenue O, Fort Madison, on charges of possession of a controlled substance - 1,2,3rd, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
