12/17/25 - 6:36 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Rodric Mikel Settles, 28, of Fort Madison in the 2000 block of Avenue I on a charge of denied or revoked driver's license. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/17/25 - 2:29 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 700 block of Avenue D.
12/17/25 - 8:57 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2700 block of Avenue N.
Keokuk Police Report
12/14/25 - 12:06 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 200 block of South 18th Street. Ricky Eugene Hamelton, 66, of Keokuk was traveling north in the 200 block of South 18th Street and was preparing to turn into a driveway, but the road was narrow due to snow so they were idle waiting on where the vehicle of Adam Raymond Johnson, 35, of Keokuk was going to turn. Johnson was also heading north and thought Hamelton was parked and continued to drive, but Hamelton continued to turn, causing an both vehicles to collide. Both vehicles sustained functional damage. Hamelton was cited with failure to yield.

12/17/25 - 9:38 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1200 block of Johnson Street.
12/17/25 - 12:26 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 900 block of Concert Street.

12/17/25 - 1:17 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1600 block of Morgan Street.
12/17/25 - 4:20 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 300 block of North Park Drive.
12/17/25 - 11:35 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 800 block of Morgan Street.
Lee County Sheriff's Report
12/18/2025 - 2:42 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Matthew Paul Dembicki, 36, of Bettendorf, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a charge of contempt of court. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/018/2025 - 11:05 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shana Marie Umbarger, 53, of Fort Madison, at the N. Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of felony forgery. She was held in Lee County Jail.
