02/28/24 – 1:47 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Devin Andrew Kay, 33, of Fort Madison in the 100 block of 29th Place on a charge of simple assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
02/28/24 – 2:39 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 2400 block of Avenue L.
02/28/24 – 6:17 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3000 block of Avenue L.
02/28/24 – 10:06 p.m.- Fort Madison Police arrested Jason Edward Ramlow, 49, of Fort Madison in the 1900 block of Avenue O, on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
02/29/24 – 8:27 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 2200 block of Avenue E.

Keokuk Police Report
02/28/24 – midnight – Keokuk Police cited Shinna Lachea Randolph, 46, of 1228 High Street, on a charge of allowing dog to attack.
02/28/24 – 10:50 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Jeffrey Lee McKay, 53, of Keokuk in the 3800 block of Main Street on a two charge of sexual abuse with a victim under 12 years of age stemming from two separate incidents. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
02/28/24 – 4:01 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1000 block of S. 5th Street.
02/28/24 – 4:02 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of personal injury accident in the 1400 block of Main Street.
02/28/24 – 4:02 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1400 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Arianna Diana Germann, 30, of Fort Madison was westbound on the inside lane with the right of way. Another vehicle driven by Huge Gage Price, 20, of Warsaw, was pulling out of the McDonalds parking lot and entered path of Germann’s vehicle striking the colliding with Germann’s vehicle. No citations or injuries were listed on the report.
