Fort Madison Police Report
01/31/24 – 4:03 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jason Edward Haynes, 47, of Fort Madison, in the 5200 block of River Valley Road, on a charge of 2nd offense domestic abuse assault. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
01/31/24 – 7:42 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the Fort Madison area.

Keokuk Police Report
01/31/24 – 10:25 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile, hometown not reported, in the 1200 block of Johnson Street, on a charge of operating a vehicle without the owner's consent. He was referred to juvenile court.
01/31/24 – 11:09 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile, hometown not reported, in the 2200 block of Middle Road, on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief. He was referred to juvenile court.
01/31/24 – 8:31 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Adam Lynn Hudson, 38, of Keokuk, at North 13th and Concert Streets, on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/31/24 – 9:15 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Aaron Blake Cook, 22, of Keokuk, in the 1800 block of River Road, on a charge of driving under suspension.
01/31/24 – 10:04 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Rick Keegan Tinder, 29, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of North 10th Street, on charges of eluding – speed 25 over limit and driving under suspension. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
01/31/24 – 10:09 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at North 13th and Concert Streets. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Michael Wayne Land, 36, of Burlington, was traveling eastbound on Concert Street, did not make a complete stop at the stop sign or yield the right of way to a vehicle driven by Adam Lynn Hudson, 38, of Keokuk, that was heading northbound. Land's vehicle struck Hudson's vehicle causing disabling damages to Hudson's vehicle, which was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported. Land was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way. Land's vehicle sustained no damages and was driven from the scene.
01/31/24 – 11:15 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Rick Keegan Tinder, 29, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of South 14th Street, on charges of interference with official acts – weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, 1st offense possession of a controlled substance – marijuana, drug tax stamp violations, and drug trafficking – 5gm-100kg methamphetamine. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
