Fort Madison Police Report
2/18/26 - 7:51 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of Avenue H. 
2/18/26 - 12:29 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1200 block of Avenue B. 
2/18/26 - 4:45 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Paulette Sue Hays, 46, of Fort Madison at Scooter's Coffee on a charge for disorderly conduct for loud noise. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/18/26 - 10:35 PM - Fort Madison police cited Monica Bluesky Kemp, 50, of Fort Madison at 10th Avenue and Avenue H on a charge of driving under suspension. 

Keokuk Police Report
2/16/26 - 5:33 PM - Cory Steven Kuster, 18, of Keokuk and Bruce David Helgeson, 69, of Revere were traveling west bound in the 3400-blk of Main St. Once Kuster had passed through the intersection and entered into the 3500-blk of Main St., he merged into the north lane and struck Helgeson. Kuster suffered minor damage to the passenger side in the middle of the vehicle and Helgeson suffered from disabling damage to the front driver side quarter panel of the vehicle. Both vehicles were able to be driven out of the road way. Kuster was given a citation for failure to provide financial liability in an accident, and a citation for improper use of lane. No injuries were sustained in the crash and Kuster was driven from the scene.
2/18/26 - 10:06 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Main Street. 
2/18/26 - 10:13 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 900 block of Concert Street. 
2/18/26 - 10:30 AM - Keokuk police cited Paul Daniel Henson, 48, of Keokuk in the 300 block of North 8th Street on a charge for failure to obtain annual license dog or cat, a charge for noisy dog or cat, three charges of failure to have current rabies vaccination,  and three charges of failure to display city license. 
2/18/26 - 11:29 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of an accident in the 3200 block of Main Street. Scott Robert Hays, 72, of Keokuk was traveling east on Main Stree, made a lane change and did not yield to the vehicle in his blind spot. Hays side swiped the vehicle of Scott Charles Mitchell, 18, of Keokuk. Hays' vehicle sustained disabling damage and Mitchell's vehicle sustained minor damage. Hays was cited for improper lane change. 
2/18/26 - 9:25 PM - Keokuk police arrested Brian Lee Anderson, 47, of Keokuk in the 1400 block of Oak Street on a warrant for violation of parole. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/18/26 - 9:54 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 900 block of Orleans Avenue. 
2/18/26 - 11:18 PM - Keokuk police arrested Destiney Leeann Gilpin, 35, of Keokuk in the 700 block of North 7th Street on a warrant for failure to appear and contempt of court. She was held in Lee County Jail. 

Lee County Sheriff's Report
02/19/26 - 11:42 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brian Paul Gillham, 37, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on a court-ordered hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
