01/25/23 – 12:44 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Nicholas Ray Bell, 35, of Burlington, in the 1200 block of Angular Street, Burlington, on warrants for 3 counts of 3rd degree sex abuse, prostitution, and 3 counts of enticing a minor child. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
01/25/23 – 3:14 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jeri Monique Fink, 43, listed as homeless living in Fort Madison, in the 900 block of Avenue H, on a warrant for failure to appear - probation violation 4th degree theft. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
01/25/23 – 4:54 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jay Allen Mitchell, 43, of Carthage, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
