07/22/26 - 7:00 PM - Keokuk police arrested Jason Louis Twitchell, 39, of Keokuk in the 800 block of Eicher Street on a charge of assault causing bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail.

07/22/26 - 10:24 PM - Keokuk police cited Betty Maria Crowell, 28, of Keokuk in the 1st block of North Water Street on a charge of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. 
07/23/26 - 12:53 AM - Keokuk police arrested Ryan Daniel Sharpe, 21, of Ewing, Missouri, in the 700 block of Blondeau Street on a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail.
