Keokuk Police Report
07/16/25 - 8:16 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 2600 block of McKinley Avenue. Theresa M. Bomar, 44, of Galesburg backed out of a driveway and didn't see the vehicle parked behind her. Bomar's vehicle sustained minor damage, and the parked vehicle sustained functional damage. Bomar was cited with an unsafe backing charge.
07/30.25 - 5:42 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 400 block of 7th Street.
07/30/25 - 10:40 PM - Keokuk police arrested Charles Henry Mitchell, 45, of Keokuk in the 2100 block of Exchange Street on charges of violation of probation, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
07/31/25 - 12:55 AM - Keokuk police arrested Georgia Rae Ann Cross, 21, of Keokuk in the 1400 block of Timea Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, possession of marijuana in the first degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail.
