03/22/24 – 3:25 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Raul Garcia, 74, of Fort Madison, in the 2700 block of Avenue M, on a charge of driving while barred. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/23/24 – 6:34 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000 block of Avenue B.
03/23/24 – 10:16 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Mitchelle Lee Higdon, 32, of Mount Pleasant, in the 5100 block of Avenue O, on a warrant for probation violation – controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/24/24 – 9:12 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit & run in the 2300 block of Avenue B.
03/24/24 – 12:35 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Stephanie Cecil White, 40, of Fort Madison, in the 5200 block of River Valley Road, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/24/24 – 12:43 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Brad William Lill, 44, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/24/24 – 6:32 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Zachary Jay Krueger, 21, of Fort Madison, at 37th Street and Avenue O, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance – marijuana – 1st offense.
03/25/24 – 12:18 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Cameron Dean Richardson, 25, of Fort Madison, at 13th Street and Avenue E, on a charge of driver's license denied/revoked – OWI.
03/26/24 – 6:00 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Amy Denise Kettle, 54, of Fort Madison, in the 4700 block of Avenue O, on charges of operating a non-registered vehicle and driving under suspension.
03/26/24 – 6:28 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2500 block of Avenue H.
03/27/24 – 8:42 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Drew Mckeon Adam Ross, 42, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue G, on a charge of drug tax stamp violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
03/27/24 – 9:13 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2100 block of Avenue L.
03/27/24 – 9:54 a.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Andrew James Evans, 33, of Fort Madison in the 1800 block of 33^rd Street on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

03/27/24 – 9:45 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested Michael Jason Westcott, 42, of Fort Madison in the 1200 block of Avenue E, on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.

Keokuk Police Department
02/24/24 – 7:40 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of South 6^th Street and Johnson Street Road. According to reports, a vehicle driven by Kendall Lourae Stotler, 17, of Hamilton was westbound in the 400 block of Main Street when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Madison Elizabeth McGlasson, 16, of Keokuk. No injuries were reported and McGlasson was cited for failure to stop in an assured distance.
03/20/24 – 2:29 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a multiple vehicle accident in the 1400 block of Timea Street. According to the report, while officers were responded the operator of a vehicle suspected in the collision was fleeing on foot after striking multiple parked vehicles in the area. Officers found the vehicle involved in the collisions abandoned facing eastbound in the same block. No injuries were reported and the driver who fled the scene on foot was not found.

03/23/24 – 10:09 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 200 block of Main Street.
03/23/24 – 9:39 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Aaron Lee Bennett, 34, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of North 8th Street, on a charge of interference with official acts.
03/23/24 – 10:00 p.m. –  Keokuk police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2000 block of River Road.
03/24/24 – 11:04 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 700 block of Concert Street.

03/25/24 – 10:10 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Sheanna Nicole Kelly, 31, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Main Street, on a warrant for controlled substance schedule IV/V. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/26/24 – 2:41 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 900 block of Johnson Street Road.
03/26/24 – 3:02 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 3800 block of Main Street.
03/26/24 – 3:03 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 3800 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Jacey Lynn Holmes, 26, of Keokuk, was traveling westbound in the inner lane of the 3800 block of Main Street when it slowed to make a left turn when a vehicle driven by Madison Rose Smith, 21, of Keokuk, that was also traveling westbound in the inner lane of the 3800 block of Main Street, rear-ended Holmes' vehicle. No injuries were reported. Smith was cited for failure to stopin assured clear distance. Both vehicles sustained disabling damages and were towed from the scene.
03/26/24 – 3:03 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a personal injury accident in the 3800 block of Main Street.
03/26/24 – 7:10 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of Johnson Street.
03/27/24 – 9:05 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 16-year-old female juvenile in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of minor use of tobacco/vapor products. No disposition was listed.
03/27/24 – 4:03 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 900 block of Johnson Street Road.
03/27/24 – 9:36 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1700 block of High Street.

Lee County Sheriff Report
03/22/24 – 2:21 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Dylan James Clark, 24, of Argyle, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/23/24 – 3:03 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Brian Carl Vincent, 45, of Keokuk, in the 1900 block of Keokuk, on a warrant for 1st degree theft greater than $10,000. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/24/24 – 12:43 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Brad William Lile, 44, of Fort Madison, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a judgment entry/mittimus warrant and a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/25/24 – Lee County sheriff deputies had no activity to report.
03/26/24 – 3:29 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Melissa Dawn Agnew, 47, of Burlington, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
03/27/24 – 1:20 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Lynsey Rae Ann Brobston, 32, of St. Paul, in the St. Paul area, on a warrant for violation of parole and charges of eluding – speed 25 over limit, speeding, interference with official acts, reckless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/27/24 – 4:04 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Willie Mel Heidelberg, Jr., 46, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on warrants for 3rd degree theft between $750 and $1,500 and possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd, and an arrest of affidavit charge. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
03/2/24 – 9:45 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Michael Jason Westcott, 42, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
