04/30/25 – 2:26 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1200 block of Avenue C
04/30/25 – 4:14 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 2500 block of Avenue J.
04/30/25 – 8:54 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested David Victor Baldwin, 61, listed as homeless, in the 1200 block of 26th Street, on a charge of public intoxication.

Keokuk Police Report
04/30/25 – 11:03 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 1800 block of Carroll Street.
04/30/25 – 5:07 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 900 block of Johnson Street.
05/01/25 – 12:12 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Philicity Elaine Tripp-Hathaway, 28, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
04/30/25 – 12:26 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Rowdy Jo Alton Mortimer, 28, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of parole. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/01/25 – 1:14 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ivan Kirilov Petlitchki, 36, of Fort Madison, in the 200 block of the Hwy. 61 bypass in Fort Madison, on a charge of OWI-1st offense. He was held in Lee County Jail.
