11/01/23 – 9:00 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Sonya Reyna Elkin, 46, of Fort Madison, in the 3100 block of Avenue M, on charges of keeping a vehicle or premises for controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, drug tax stamp violations, possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd, and 2 charges of controlled substance violation. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/01/23 – 11:57 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2200 block of Avenue L.
11/01/23 – 2:03 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Avenue G.
11/01/23 – 2:37 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
11/01/23 – 3:15 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Bette Lou Royer, 56, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on charges of 3rd degree theft greater than $750 less than $1500 and possession of a controlled substance – marijuana 1st. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/01/23 – 4:55 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at 26th Street and Avenue L.
11/01/23 – 8:33 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Timothy John Smith, 47, of Fort Madison, on Joan Court, on 3 warrants for probation violation – controlled substance violation, and charges of drug trafficking – 5GM-100KG methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance – marijuana 1st, interference with official acts, and drug tax stamp violations. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/01/23 – 8:36 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Marissa Marie Lamm, 26, of Keokuk, on Joan Court, on a warrant for 3rd degree burglary and a charge of eluding. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/02/23 – 8:21 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 900 block of 48th Street.
Keokuk Police Report
11/01/23 – 8:06 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Billie Jo Holmes, 23, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of Main Street, on charges of domestic abuse assault – 1st and assault w/bodily injury. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/01/23 – 1:43 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Keith Michael Boyle, 33, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court and a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
