Fort Madison Police Report
11/29/23 – 11:51 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of Avenue E.
11/29/23 – 2:01 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Adam Robert Cloyed, 35, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of Avenue D, on 2 warrants for assault, 1 warrant for failure to appear – driving while barred, and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/29/23 – 3:10 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jason Michael Moody, 41, of Waterloo, in the 2700 block of Avenue L, on a charge of disorderly conduct – threat. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/29/23 – 8:25 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident in the 2400 block of Henry Ladyn Drive.

Keokuk Police Report
11/29/23 – 9:14 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Coy Daniel Stark, 35, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of South 10th Street, on charges of possession of a controlled substance – 3rd and interference with official acts. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/29/23 – 9:30 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile, hometown not reported, in the 300 block of North Park Drive, on charges of minor use tobacco/vapor products and 5th degree theft less than $300. He was released to a parent.
11/29/23 – 11:07 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile, hometown not reported, in the 300 block of North Park Drive, on charges of 5th degree theft less than $300 and interference with official acts. He was released to a guardian.
11/29/23 – 11:28 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old juvenile, hometown not reported, in the 300 block of North Park Drive, on charges of 5th degree theft less than $300, PCS alcohol under legal age, interference with official acts, possession of a controlled substance – marijuana 1st, and minor use tobacco/vapor products. He was released to a parent.

Lee County Sheriff Report
11/29/23 – 7:52 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a single-vehicle accident in the 2800 block of Hwy. 218/27. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Charles Edward Smith, 46, of Clinton, was traveling southbound in the 2800 block of Hwy. 218 when it left the roadway into the westbound ditch and overturned causing damage to a property fence line. No injuries or citations were reported. The vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed from the scene.
11/29/23 – 2:01 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Adam Robert Cloyed, 35, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of Avenue D, Fort Madison, on warrants for 5th degree criminal mischief and failure to appear, and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/29/23 – 9:00 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jack Lee Dangel, 33, of Hamilton, on Hwy. 61, Montrose, on charges of being a felon in control of a firearm, going armed with intent, assault – displaying a dangerous weapon, eluding – 2nd or subsequent, 1st degree harassment, and driving under suspension. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
