10/22/25 - 1:03 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2100 block of Avenue C. 
10/22/25 - 10:10 PM - Fort Madison police cited Julian Eric Martinez, 20, of Fort Madison in the 700 block of Avenue H on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. 

Keokuk Police Report
10/22/25 - 11:15 - AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 2400 block of Garfield Avenue. 
10/22/25 - 4:05 PM - Keokuk police cited Toni Rae Inman, 31, of Keokuk in the 1100 block of Palean Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 
10/22/25 - 10:38 PM - Keokuk police arrested Kristjan DeWayne Sant, 26, of Keokuk in the 100 block of North Water Street on a charge of theft in the fifth degree. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/22/25 - 11:45 PM PM - Keokuk police arrested Brittany Anne Nye, 27, of Donnellson at South 20th Street and Exchange Street on chagres of possession of a controlled substance, drug tax stamp violations, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10/23/25 - 12:43 AM - Keokuk police arrested Roman Lee Lay, 39, of Keokuk in the 200 block of South 20th Street on warrants for voluntary absence from custody and to be put on hold for another agency. He was held in Lee County Jail.
