10/29/25 - 10:01 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 3100 block of Main Street. 
10/29/25 - 10:10 AM - Keokuk police arrested Ashley Erin Bakrow, 42, of Hamilton in the 1500 block of Morgan Street on a warrant for pretrial violation. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/29/25 - 12:57 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 3100 block of Main Street. 
10/29/25 - 3:59 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of North 5th Street. 
10/29/25 - 8:32 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 400 block of Main Street. 
10/29/25 - 9:45 PM - Keokuk police arrested Justin Wayne Barker, 39, of Keokuk in the 3300 block of Main Street on a warrant for failure to reappear. He was transferred to another agency. 
10/29/25 - 11:12 PM - Keokuk police arrested Donald Wayne Smith, 81, of Keokuk in the 300 block of Main Street on charges of trespassing and interference with an official act. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
10/29/25 - 11:32 PM - Keokuk police arrested Mary Jo Skinner, 39, of Keokuk at 37th Street on warrants for possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail.
