10/04/23 – 9:56 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
10/04/23 – 11:24 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Rebekah Jane Stockwell, 49, no hometown reported, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on a charge of 5th degree theft less than $300.
10/04/23 – 8:41 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Christian Joel Velez, 29, no hometown reported, in the 300 block of Avenue H, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance – 1,2,3rd. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/05/23 – 1:10 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jamie Ceja, Jr., no hometown reported, in the 1200 block of 19th Street, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

Keokuk Police Report
10/04/23 – 9:59 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Danny Grandin Burgess, Jr., of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Morgan Street, on a warrant for 5th degree theft less than $300. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/04/23 – 10:19 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Bobbie Jo L. Londrie, 35, of Fort Madison, in the 10 block of South 7th Street on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff Report
10/04/23 – 4:35 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jacob Ryan McFarland, 28, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on warrants for 2nd degree theft greater than $1500 less than $10000 and failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
