Fort Madison Police Report
09/10/25 - 11:14 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Toby Faith Garrelts, 34, of Brighton in the 800 block of Avenue G on two warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance for methamphetamine. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/10/25 - 2:30 PM - Fort Madison police arrested a juvenile, 11, of Fort Madison in the 500 block of 48th Street for disorderly donduct for loud noise. She was released to her parents.
09/10/25 - 6:11 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 2600 block of Avenue L.
Keokuk Police Report
09/10/25 - 7:58 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 600 block of North 5th Street.
09/10/25 - 8:11 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 1800 block of Timea Street.
09/10/25 - 11:41 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 300 block of Main Street.
09/10/25 - 8:11 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at Boulevard Street and Washington Street. Alexa Ann Vinson, 20, of Keokuk was conducting a left turn onto Boulevard Road from the Scooter's drive through. She did not yield for the vehicle of Gregg Alan Wiegel, 66, of Keokuk who was heading north on Boulevard Road. Vinson side swiped Wiegel's vehicle, causing minor damage to both vehicles. Vinson was cited for failure to yield right away upon left turn.
09/10/25 - 8:16 PM - Keokuk police arrested Georgia Rae Ann Cross, 21, of Keokuk in the 25th block of North 7th Street on a warrant for pretrial violation. She was held in Lee County Jail.
Lee County Police Report
09/10/25 - 10:59 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Mark CLinton Larsen, 55, of Keokuk in the 2500 block of 255th Street in Montrose on a warrant for violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
