09/17/25 - 1:47 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Shelby Kobra Kelly, 30, of Keokuk in the 800 block of Avenue G on a warrant for parole violation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/17/25 - 3:08 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2800 block of Avenue O. 
09/17/25 - 4:11 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1200 block of 23rd Street. 
09/17/25 - 8:51 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Warran Gardney Bullard, 49, of Fort Madison in the 2300 block of Avenue L on a warrant for parole violation. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
09/18/25 - 7:02 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 400 block of Avenue C. 
09/18/25 - 11:48 PM - Fort Madison police cited Kyle CHristopher Schmitt, 29, of Fort Madison at 18th Street and Avenue G on a charge for possession of marijuana.

09/17/25 - 8:12 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1300 block of Boulevard Road. 
09/17/25 - 8:27 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2nd block of Rainbo Drive. 

Lee County Police Report 
09/17/25 - 12:37 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michaerl Jason Westcott, 44, of Keokuk in the 700 block of Avenue F in Fort Madison on two warrants for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
09/18/25 - 12:27 AM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kurtis Eugene Russell, 40, of Keokuk in the 3600 block of 235th Avenue in Keokuk on a warrant for domestic abuse assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.
