Fort Madison Police Report
04/17/25 – 1:24 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1300 block of Avenue J.
04/17/25 – 1:30 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Adriana Faith Olson, 18, of Fort Madison, in the 3400 block of Avenue N, on charges of domestic assault with bodily injury, interference with official acts and 1st degree harassment. She was held in Lee County Jail.
04/17/25 – 3:38 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Gabriel Hiram Helmick, 22, of Fort Madison in the 1800 block of Avenue H, on an active warrant for pretrial violation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/17/25 – 4:57 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 2400 block of Avenue I.
04/17/25 – 9:21 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1800 block of Avenue F.
04/18/25 – 10:15 a.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of 24th Street.
04/18/25 – 12:18 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of 21st Street.
04/20/25 – 11:44 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Dylan Gilman, 20, of Fort Madison, in the 3000 block of Avenue O, on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Keokuk Police Report
04/17/25 – 1:28 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Bruce Allen Reddic, 69, of Keokuk, in the 900 block of Morgan Street on charges of 1st degree harassment. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/17/25 – 2:59 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to two-vehicle accident in the 500 block of Johnson Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Randy D. Tripp, 57, of Warsaw, was making a left hand turn onto 5th Street from Johnson Street and struck a vehicle driven by Angela Marie Dunn, 55, of Keokuk, who was in the intersection after coming to a stop. Tripp was cited for failure to yield. No injuries were reported.
04/18/25 – 1:43 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jeremy Jacob Palm, 25, of Keokuk, in the 1400 block of Timea Street, on a charge of OWI. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/19/ 25 – 12:45 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Carlos Soto, 32, of Keokuk, in the 1200 block of Main Street on a charge of OWI.
04/20/25 – 3:16 a.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1000 Morgan Street.

04/20/25 – 2:59 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Thurman Purdiman, Jr., 58, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Des Moines Street on charges of driving while license revoked, interference with official acts, and assault with injury on a law enforcement officer or other. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/20/25 – 11:21 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Wesley William Clay, 49, of Keokuk, in the 900 block of High Street, on an active warrant and a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/21/25 – 1:43 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested David Alan Londrie, 62, of Keokuk, in the 3400 block of Main Street, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
04/17/25 – 5:21 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Keith Michael Boyle, 34, of Keokuk, on a charge of assaulting a law enforcement officer. She was held in Lee County Jail.
04/17/25 – 10:27 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Billy Jack Dewein, 48, of West Point, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for 3rd-degree burglary.  She was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
04/18/25 – 9:04 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Johnnie LaVail Braggs, 48, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s department on a judgment hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released for serving weekends.
04/18/25 – 4:53 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Bryan Wayne Vanskike, 33, of Oquawka, Ill., at the sheriff’s office, on a charge of assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/19/25 – 1:12 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Gregory Keith Pence, 64, of Lomax, Ill., on a temporary hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
04/19/25 – 2:17 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michael Jason Westcott, 43, of Fort Madison, at the N. Lee County Courthouse in a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
04/19/25 – 9 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy. 16 and 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Scott Edward Bonar, 59, of Burlington, was headed east on Hwy. 16 and failed to stop at the intersection of Hwy. 61 and proceeded east across the four lanes of traffic entering the ditch and came to rest on the railroad tracks south of the highway. No injuries were reported. Bonar was arrested for OWI and failure to maintain control. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.
04/21/25 – 8:15 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tracy Joe Helmick, 33, of Fort Madison, at the N. Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
