12/04/23 – 9:17 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Margery Dawn Hawkins, 58, of Fort Madison, in the 1600 block of Avenue M, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/04/23 – 9:34 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Lora Ann Hickey, 56, of Keokuk, in the 6000 block of Avenue O, on a charge of 3rd degree theft greater than $750 less than $1500. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/04/23 – 2:27 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Justin Russell Raszler, 36, of Fort Madison, in the 1500 block of Avenue M, on 3 warrants for probation violation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
Keokuk Police Report
12/04/23 – 4:20 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Dereck Franklin Kent Harwood, 41, of Keokuk, in the 1800 block of Main Street, on a charge of 1st degree theft greater than $10,000. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/04/23 – 4:24 p.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Sierra Renee Helenthal, 31, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of North Park Drive, on a charge of 5th degree theft less than $300.
12/05/23 – 5:32 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Courtney Allen Kellum, 39, of Keokuk, in the 400 block of Mississippi Drive, on charges of driving while barred and being a felon in control of a firearm. He was taken to Lee County Jail.

12/04/23 – 10:27 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Brett Allen Michael Montgomery, 30, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a court-ordered hold. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
12/05/23 – 5:38 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Mariah Giselle Maldonado, 26, of Keokuk, in the 3300 block of 275th Avenue, Montrose, on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
