2/9/26 - 9:11 AM - Fort Madison police cited Stevie Ray Saltsgaver, 30, of Fort Madison at 38th Street and Avenue O on a charge of driving under suspension.
2/9/26 - 12:23 PM -  Fort Madison police cited Alan David Bellamy, 73, of Fort Madison in the 1900 block of Avenue E on a charge of driving under suspension.
2/9/26 - 8:59 PM - Fort Madison police cited Michelle Mary Pepmeyer, 42,  of Fort Madison at 23rd Street and Avenue E on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under suspension. She was held in Lee County Jail.
2/9/26 - 11:01 PM -  Fort Madison police cited Manuel Javier Gonzalez,  29, of Fort Madison in the 3400 block of Avenue L. 

Keokuk Police Report
2/9/26 - 4:37 PM - Keokuk police arrested Audrick Ray Haist, 26, of Keokuk in the 1500 block of Morgan Street on a warrant of violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
2/9/26 - 3:17 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2000 block of Main Street.
2/9/26 - 4:40 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 1300 block of Main Street.
2/10/26 - 12:00 AM - Keokuk police cited Jeremy K. Dyer, 47, of Keokuk in the 1500 block of Concert Street on charges for annoying common noisy cats or dogs, and permitting dogs to run at large.

Lee County Sheriff's Report
02/10/26 - 1:30 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Likellon Nicholas Smith, 22, of St. Louis in the 1900 block of Park Lane on a charge of 1st degree larceny. He was held in Lee County Jail.
