2/13/26 - 12:55 PM - Fort Madison police cited Thomas Henry Gitcherm 78, of Fort Madison at the Hyvee parking lot on a charge of leaving the scene durring an accident. 
2/13/26 - Fort Madison police arrested Austin Michael Monner, 18, of Fort Madison at 2nd Avenue and Avenue C on a warrant for failrue to appear and letting his animal run at large. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/14/26 - 3:13 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1100 block of Avenue E. 
2/13/26 - 6:20 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of  a gas odor in the 1600 block of Avenue J. 
2/12/26  - 9:31 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the Fort Madison Area. 
2/13/26 - 9:34 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1100 block of 48th Street. 
2/13/26 - 11:22 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Kody Kim Turner, 33, of Fort Madison in the 4500 block of Avenue O on a charge of trespassing. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/14/26 - 2:57 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Andrew James Atwater, 40, of Fort Madison in the 1700 block of Avenue I on charges os public intoxication and disorderly conduct causing fighting and violence. He was held in Lee County Jail.

2/14/26 - 11:39 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Dillon Lucas Benner, 38, of Fort Madison at 23rd Street and Avenue E on a charge of operating while intoxicated. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
2/15/26 - 3:52 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 800 block of Avenue G. 
2/15/26 - 4:29 PM - Fort Madison police cited Jesse James Donaldson, 48, of Fort Madison at 48th Street and Avenue L on a chage od driving under suspension.

2/15/26 - 8:59 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Phillip Arthur Hansen, 41, of Fort Madison in the 2100 block of Avenue L on a charge of assault with a weapon at a law officer. He was held in Lee County Jail.
2/16/26 - 10:23 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 800 block of Avenue E. 
2/16/26 - 3:38 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1600 block of Avenue G.

Keokuk Police Report
1/4/26 - 5:55 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a collision. Keokuk police reported a vehicle in a ditch on top of two culverts with an unconscious driver in the 2600 block of South 7th Street. Kaitlyn J. Stinson, 34, of Keokuk was sitting in the driver's seat, appeared to be conscious, and was medically cleared by EMS. Stinson tesed positive for marijuana metabolites during an OWI investigation. Stinson was cited with failure to provide proof of financial liability in an accident and failure to maintain control.
Stinson's vehicle sustained substantial damage.

2/13/26 - 4:44 PM - Keokuk police cited Nathan Carl Skinner, 36, of Keokuk at North 14th Street and Concert Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 
2/14/26 - 8:09 PM - Keokuk police cited Kaitlyn J. Stinson, 34, of Keokuk in the 2600 block of South 7th Street on charges of operating while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

2/13/26 - 10:32 PM - Keokuk police cited Scott Charles Mitchell, 18, of Keokuk in the 400 block of Johnson Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of alcohol under the legal age, possession of marijuana, and minor's use of tobacco and vapor product. 
2/13/26 - 11:16 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Main Street.
2/14/26 - 9:58 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1400 block of Main Street.

2/15/26 - 2:00 AM - Keokuk police cited Desiree Kristina Stinson, 33, of Keokuk in the 1400 block of Palean Street on a charge of driving under suspension.
2/15/26 - 3:00 AM - Keokuk police cited Jodee D’markus Boone, 18, of Argyle in the 3500 block of Highway 61 on a charge of possession of alcohol under the legal age.
2/15/26 - 9:39 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 900 block of Concert Street.
2/15/26 - 1:55 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 900 block of Johnson Street Road.
2/16/26 - 1:52 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 200 block of North 5th Street.
2/15/26 - 9:00 PM - Keokuk police cited Amber Jade Schmidt, 20, of Keokuk in the 600 block of Mississippi drive on a charge of driving under suspension.
2/16/26 - 10:00 AM - Keokuk police arrested Macon Kentrell Peoples,19, of Keokuk In the 1400 block of Main Street on  a charge of violation of a no contact order for domestic abuse. He was held in Lee County Jail.
2/16/26 - 10:44 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 3300 block of Main Street. 
2/17/26 - 9:05 AM - Keokuk police cited Martin De La Cruz, Alvarez, 40, of Keokuk in the 3400 block of South 7th Street on a charge of prohibited open burning.

02/17/26 - 2:40 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Billy Lee Gooley, 64, of Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/16/26 - 4:28 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Marcus Schwan Givan, 18, of Burlington, at the sheriff's office, on a temporary hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
02/16/26 - 4:12 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested John Lewis Peterson, 55, of Burlington at the sheriff's office, on a charge of failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jial.
