07/21/25 - 12:00 AM - Fort Madison police cited Robert Harold Fleming IV, 47, of Keokuk in the 1200 block of Avenue H on a charge of driving under suspension.
07/22/25 - 3:18 AM - Fort Madison police cited Megan Irene Spurgeon, 47, of Keokuk at 33rd Street and Bluff Road on charges of prescription drug violation and possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, in the first degree. 
07/21/25 - 5:48 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 900 block of 48th Street. 
07/21/25 - 10:43 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1800 block of Avenue A.
06/21/25 - 9:52 PM - 07/22/25 - 3:18 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2600 block of Avenue L.

Keokuk Police Report
07/21/25 - 3:37 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1900 block of Grand Avenue.
07/21/25 - 5:18 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Park Lane. 
07/21/25 - 9:07 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1700 block of Fairlane. 
07/21/25 - 9:21 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 100 block of Walte Lane. 
07/21/25 - 10:10 AM- Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 3900 block of Main Street. 
07/21/25 - 11:13 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 200 block of North 5th Street. Daniel Joseph Winn, 68, of Keokuk was traveling south in a SEIBUS in the 200 block of North 5th Street and picking up passengers at the library. Winn tried to give an incoming vehicle room  due to the narrow roadway, and accidentally side swiped a legally parked vehicle. The hit vehicle sustained functional damage, and the SEIBUS sustained minor damage. 
07/21/25 - 3:44 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1100 block of Johnson Street.
07/21/25 - 4:27 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at South 7th Street and Main Street. 
07/21/25 - 8:49 PM - Keokuk police cited Dylan James Burke, 31, of Keokuk at Clinton Street and Timea Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 

Lee County Police Report 
07/21/25 - 7:02 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Phillip Ryan Beavers, 35, of Koekuk in the 2500 block of 255th Street on a charge of disorderly conduct for fighting and violence. He was held in Lee County Jail.
