05/12/26 - 9:16 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Andrew Arthur Russell, 40, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office, on a charge of violating a no-contact order. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/12/26 - 11:11 a.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies cited Michelle Lee Burnett, 55, of Fort Madison, in the 2900 block of Hwy. 218 on a charge of unlawful passing of a school bus. Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
