10/16/23 – 9:29 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 500 block of 5^th Street.
10/16/23 – 11:55 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1800 block of H.
10/16/23 – 12:27 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 300 block of Avenue H.
10/16/23 – 3:34 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 4600 block of Avenue J.
10/16/23 – 6:47 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of Avenue F.
10/16/23 – 7:43 p.m. – Fort Madison Police arrested James Michael Janic, 43, of Fort Madison in the 100 block of Richards Drive on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalis. He was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Keokuk Police Report
10/16/23 – 1:59 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Lindy Marie Bell, 35, of Keokuk, in the 1700 block of High Street on a charge of assault with bodily injury. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and held.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
10/16/23 – 12:00 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Kylie Ruth Chapman, 19, of West Burlington, in the 1200 block of 36^th Street in a warrant for 4^th degree theft. She was taken to the Lee County Jail and released on bond.
