08/31/25 - 2:57 PM - Keokuk police arrested Joe Brooks Cleveland IV, 19, of Keokuk in the 100 block of Mississippi Drive on charges of domestic assault causing bodily injury and criminal mischief. He was held in Lee County Jail.

08/30/25 - 3:38 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Kelsey Marie McCain, 34, of Keokuk in the 25th block of North 7th Street on warrants for willful injury causing serious injury, assault with bodily injury, and domestic assault with intent. She was held in Lee County Jail.
