Fort Madison Police Report
12/27/24 – 2:49 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2500 block of Avenue I.
12/28/24 – 2:15 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Tyler Lee Enke, 25, of Denmark, in the 3200 block of Avenue N, on a charge of domestic abuse assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/28/24 – 5:28 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Matthew Scott Stephenson, 49, in the 1100 block of 33rd Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/28/24 – 10:04 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Thomas Wayne Davis, 25, of Fort Madison, in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on a charge of interference with official acts. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/29/24 – 4:20 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Cassandra Nicole Lynn Wilmot, 44, of Wever, on Alta Drive, on a warrant for failure to appear. She was taken into custody and transferred to another agency.
12/29/24 – 4:28 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 800 block of Avenue E.
12/29/24  - 5 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Tiffani Lea Hahnbaum, 33 of Fort Madison in the 2600 block of Avenue L, on a charge of simple assault.
12/30/24 – 8 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1500 block of Avenue D.
12/30/24 – 9 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block of 22nd Street.

Keokuk Police Report
12/27/24 – 8:51 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Rachel Denise Happs, 45, of Keokuk at Cramer Lane and Johnson Street Road on a charge of false reporting.
12/28/24 – 3:47 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Owen Lee Rockenbach, 23, of Keokuk, in the 900 block of Des Moines Street on charges of OWI, driving while licensed revoked and driving while suspended. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/28/24 – 7:09 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident in the 2500 block of Belknap Blvd. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Kurt Allan Steele, 63, of Keokuk, lost control of his vehicle reaching for his cellphone. His vehicle cross the roadway and struck the porch of a home. No injuries were reported. Steele was cited for failure to maintain control and failure to provide insurance.
12/28/24 – 9:59 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Caleb Robert Hall, 38, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of 19th Street, on charges of possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/28/24 – 8:40 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 300 block of Main Street.
12/28/24 – 9:14 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1800 block of Orleans Drive.
12/28/24 – 10:27 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 100 block of S. 5th Street.

12/29/24 – 3:45 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 3300 block of Main Street.
12/29/24 – 8:40 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 300 block of N. Park Drive.
12/29/24 – 9:15 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Justin John Althide, 47, of Warsaw, in the 3500 block of Main Street on an agency hold. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/29/24 – 9:15 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Thomas Christopher Dodge, 57, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of N. Park Drive, on a charge of 4th-degree theft.
12/29/24 – 10:44 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 700 block of Washington Street.
12/30/24 – 1:50 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1400 block of Fulton Street.
12/30/24 – 2:29 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 1800 block of Blondeau Street.
12/30/24 – 4:36 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2400 block of Main Street.
12/30/24 – 8:10 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Dustin J. Biddenstadt, 30, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of N. 7th Street on a charge of 4th degree criminal mischief.
12/30/24 – 8:16 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Lori Sue Bell, 54, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of N. 7th Street on a charge of assaulting an officer.
12/30/24 – 9:08 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Ashleigh Renae Burgess, 21, of Keokuk in the 700 block of N. 7th Street on a charge of domestic assault with injury. She was held in Lee County Jail.
12/31/24 – 12:55 a.m. – Keokuk police cited Samantha Lee Allsup, 33, of Keokuk in the 1700 block of Main Street on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
12/27/24 – 12:25 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of one vehicle accident in the 2700 block of Hwy 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Mason Lee Hamlin, 18, of Burlington was headed southbound and lost control entering the media and striking a guard rail, then returned to the roadway where the vehicle struck a cement overpass before coming to rest in the middle of the roadway. Hamlin was taken to an area hospital by Lee County EMS for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
12/28/24 – 6:21 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 1700 block of 303rd Avenue. According to the report a vehicle driven by Jordan Lee Newberry, 28, of Fort Madison, struck a deer. No injuries or citations were reported.
12/29/24 – 12:03 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on 255th Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Kori Leann Feilen, 21 of Fort Madison, struck a deer. No injuries or citations were reported.
12/29/24 – 3:40 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle deer injury in the 2500 block of Hwy. 61. According to the report a vehicle driven by Dakota Raylea Blodgett, 29, of Burlington struck the deer. No injuries or citations were reported.
12/30/24 – 12:00 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Conner Ray Fuget, 18, of Fort Madison at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for violation of probation. H was held in Lee County Jail.
12/30/24 – 12:57 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jerry Lee Blackwell, Jr., 32, of Burlington at the S. Lee County Courthouse on a charge of violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
