Fort Madison Police Report
04/03/23 – 1:55 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Jonathan Michael Jones, 48, of Fort Madison, in the 1400 block of Avenue M, on a charge of driving while barred. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/04/23 – 10:48 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 2000 block of Avenue B.
04/04/23 – 2:12 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a property damage accident at the intersection of 30th Street and Avenue I.
04/05/23 – 5:46 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1800 block of Avenue O.

Lee County Sheriff Report
03/31/23 – 6:12 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hwy. 61 and Green Bay Road. According to the report, a vehicle driven by David Joseph Hardy, 57, of Niota, was traveling north on Hwy. 61 when it was struck in the rear by a vehicle driven by Roland Gerald Vorwaldt, 57, of Fort Madison. No injuries were reported. Hardy's vehicle sustained minor damage and was driven away; Vorwaldt's vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. Vorwaldt was cited for failure to maintain control.
04/03/23 – 3:19 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Kody Kim Turner, 30, of Dallas City, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/03/23 – 9:13 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jakob Lewis Corral, 19, of Fort Madison, in the 1600 block of Green Bay Road, Wever, on a charge of 3rd degree harassment. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/03/23 – 9:25 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jonina Kawailele Jensen, 23, of Keokuk, in the 3400 block of Main Street, Keokuk, on a warrant for disorderly conduct - loud noise. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
04/04/23 – 8:37 a.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Angela Nicole Nelson, 45, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Avenue F, Fort Madison, on a charge of voluntary absence from custody and a judgment hold warrant. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/04/23 – 6:37 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Andrew Michael Schweitzer, 40, of Cedar Rapids, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of violation of probation. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
04/04/23 – 8:11 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Jodi Lyn Millard, 37, of West Point, on a charge of 1st offense OWI. She was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on a promise to appear.
