Fort Madison Police Report
12/16/24 – 3:59 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Avenue H.
12/16/24 – 6:25 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 900 block of 28th Street.
12/17/24 – 8:52 a.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1600 block of Avenue I.
12/17/24 – 12:56 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny/theft in the 3000 block of Avenue O.
12/17/24 – 7:30 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Spencer Reeves Shaffer, 23, of Fort Madison in the 100 block of Storms Court, on a charge of 4th-degree criminal mischief.

Keokuk Police Report
12/03/24 – 3:23 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 1600 block of Concert Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Elizabeth Nell Colella, 49, of Keokuk was eastbound through the intersection at 16th Street and Concert and was struck by a vehicle driven by David Allen Harrison, 62, of Warsaw who failed to stop at a stop sign. Both drivers were transported by Lee County EMS for observation.
12/07/24 – 1:33 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident at 2nd and Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by David J. Rogers, 20, of Warsaw, Ill, failed to yield when making a left turn and struck a vehicle driven by Theresa Marie Twaddle, 59, of Carthage. Rogers was cited for failure to yield the right of way on a left turn. Both drivers were taken to area hospitals for injuries.
12/10/24 – 6:30 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 200 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by David Elliott Englund, 75, of Keokuk was westbound across the Keokuk-Hamilton bridge over 2nd Street and allegedly ran a red light and struck a vehicle driven by Samson Kent Padilla, 37, of Keokuk. Englund was cited for failure to obey a traffic signal, and Padilla was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and driving while license suspended. No injuries were reported.
12/16/24 – 11:27 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jeanetta Lynn Nobles-Harmon, 38, of Fort Madison, in the 2000 block of Orleans Avenue, on a warrant for voluntary absence from custody. She was held in Lee County Jail.
12/16/24 – 2:37 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 100 block of Carbide Lane.
12/16/24 – 10:21 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 300 block of Main Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Dylan Ray Johnson, 20, of Fort Madison was changing lanes and struck a vehicle driven by Theresa Ann Crum, 70, of Keokuk. Johnson was cited for improper lane change. No injuries were reported.
12/16/24 – 11:14 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Cheyenne Nicole Crenshaw, 25, of Keokuk, in the 800 block of Timea Street, on a charge of driving while barred.

12/17/24 – 1:15 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 2200 block of Middle Road on a charge of simulating public intoxication. He was released to a parent.
12/17/24 – 2:24 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 1900 block of Exchange Street.
12/17/24 – 2:28 p.m. – Keokuk police cited David Allen Harrison, 62, of Warsaw, in the 1300 block of Main Street on a warrant for 5th-degree theft.
12/17/24 – 7:55 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Andrew Arthur Russell, 38, in the 1300 block of Oak Street, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/17/24 – 10:38 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Desiree Kristina Stinson, 32, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of S. 4th Street on a charge of driving under suspension.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
12/14/24 – 8:44 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident in the 1700 block of Hwy. 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Michael Reed Randolph, 35, of Fort Madison. Randolph was headed northbound and hit a patch of black ice and slid off the roadway striking a highway sign. No injuries or citations were issued.
12/14/24 – 11:14 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident on Hwy. 103. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Kyle Gerard Wellman, 26, lost control and left the roadway and ran into a creek turning on its side. Wellman was cited for OWI and failure to maintain control.
12/15/24 – 1:15 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a one-vehicle accident. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Zayne Tyson Speer, 18, of West Point slid off the road on Chalkridge and down an embankment. No injuries or citations were issued.
12/17/24 – 1:38 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Russell Allen Westermeyer, 54, of Keokuk, at the sheriff’s office on a charge of enticing sex with a minor and exhibiting obscene material to a minor. He was held in Lee County Jail.
12/17/24 – 11:17 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Jacob John Montgomery, 37, of Wever, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on warrants on a charge of voluntary absence from custody and a judgment hold.
12/18/24 – 1:35 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Robert Patrick William Nelson, 18, of Warsaw, in the 600 block of the Hwy. 61 bypass, on a charge of controlled substance violation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
