07/15/25 - 7:03 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Kayore Rose Lafferty, 18, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue E on a warrant for assault. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
07/15/25 - 12:32 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1800 block of Avenue E. 
07/15/25 - 1:41 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3rd block of South Sunnyside Drive.
07/15/25 - 1:57 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft at 31st Street and Avenue O.
07/15/25 - 3:09 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 2700 block of Avenue L. 
07/15/25 - 11:53 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the Fort Madison Area.
07/15/25 - 6:07 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Adam Ray Sutton, 47, of Mount Pleasant in the 1000 block of Avenue F on two warrants for theft in the third degree and trespassing, and charges for interference with an official act, driving while barred, and possession of a controlled substance in the first, second, and third degree. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
07/15/25 - 6:07 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Adam Ray Sutton, 47, of Mount Pleasant at Dollar General on a charge of trespassing. He was held in Lee County Jail.

Keokuk Police Report
07/14/25 - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at Exchange Street and South 13th Street. Sara Elizabeth Gale Guthery, 26, of Keokuk failed to stop at the stop sign at Exchange Street and South 13th Street and struck Eric David Carlson, 39, of Keokuk, who had the right of way. Both cars sustained functional damage. Guthery was cited on charges of failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way, operation of a motor vehicle with an expired license, operation without a registration card or plates, and failure to provide proof of financial liability. 
07/15/25 - 3:04 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 31st block of South 30th Street.
07/15/25 -  5:15 PM - Keokuk police arrested Steven Michael Busch, 64, in the 200 block of South 2nd Street on a charge of harassment in the first degree. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
07/15/25 - 8:59 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a burglary in the 1000 block of Timea Street. 
07/16/25 -  2:45 AM - Koekuk police arrested Westley Forest Grace, 35, of Keokuk in the 1900 block of Orleans Avenue on a charge of failure to appear and contempt of court. He was held in Lee County Jail.
