Fort Madison Police Report
07/29/25 - 3:15 PM - Fort Madison police cited  Michael Anthony Weldon, 35, of Fort Madison in the 800 block of Avenue G on a charge of using synthetic urine for a drug or alcohol test. 
07/29/25 - 10:01 PM - Fort Madison police cited Dustin Chauncey Brecount, 44, of Fort Madison at 28th Street and Avenue L on a charge of driving under suspension. 
07/30/25 - 4:02 AM - Fort Madison police cited Dale Lee Dobson, 47, of Fort Madison at 26th Street and Avenue L on a charge of driving under suspension. 
07/30/25 -- 5:15 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Blake Anthony Rea, 42, of Dallas City in the 3400 block of Avenue N on a warrant for failure to appear. He was held in Lee County Jail.  

Keokuk Police Report
07/28/25 - 5:59 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 3300 block of Main Street. 
07/28/25 - 12:56 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 400 block of South 8th Street. 
07/28/25 - 4:39 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no-injury accident in the 2100 block of Main Street. Rachel Nellora Kimble, 47, of Vienna was traveling west in the 2100 block of Main Street when Steven Michael Davis, 43, of Keokuk was pulling out of the Connections Bank, making a left turn. Davis struck Kimble in the middle passenger side. Kimble's vehicle sustained functional damage, and Davis' vehicle sustained minor damage. Kimble was cited for failure to have a valid license while operating. 
07/28/25 - 5:21 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 1800 block of Main Street. 
07/29/25 - 3:29 AM - Keokuk police arrested Delayna Rose Lyons, 26, of Keokuk in the 10th block of 9th Street on charges of operating while intoxicated and having an open container of alcohol. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
07/29/25 - 8:11 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2000  block of Exchange Street. 
07/29/25 - 1:02 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 200 block of North 14th Street. 
07/29/25 - 3:08 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at North 16th Street and Concert Street. William Walter Banas, 74, of Keokuk was stopped at the Northbound lane stop sign at the intersection of 15th Street and Concert Street when it entered the roadway, failing to yield to Denise Diana Queen, 37, of Keokuk, who had the right of way and entered the intersection. Banas struck Queen in the passenger side of the vehicle. Queen's vehicle sustained disabling damage and Banas' vehicle sustained minor damage. 

Lee County Police Report
07/29/25 - 4:17 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michelle Marie Decker, 40, of Keokuk in the 2500 block of 255th Street on charge of violation of a no contact order. She was held in Lee County Jail. 
07/30/25 - 10:00 AM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nevaeh Jeanette Cooper, 18, of Warsaw at North 13th Street and High Street on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana in the first degree. She was held in Lee County Jail.
