Fort Madison Police Report
3/24/26 - 2:54 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Justin Robert Bowden, 44, of Fort Madison in the 4000 block of Avenue L on charges of driving while barred and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
3/24/26 - 1:42 PM - Fort Madison police cited Lily Schuelka, 18, of Fort Madison at Bluff Road on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Keokuk Police Report
3/23/26 - 3:57 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 1200 block of Blondeau Street. Bonnie June Guiney, 65, of Keokuk wasbacking out of a private property parking spot and into the alley, and backed into a parked vehicle during the process. Guiney was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.
3/24/26 - 11:52 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 200 block of North 15th Street. 
3/24/26 - 12:39 PM - Keokuk police arrested Kendell James Gregory, 40, of Keokuk in the 800 block of North 10th Street on a charge of domestic abuse causing bodily injury. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
3/24/26 - 4:20 PM - Keokuk police arrested Jason Mitchell Dye, 47, of Keokuk in the 1500 block of Fulton Street on a warrant for violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
3/24/26 - 5:51 PM - Keokuk police cited Lamona Nicole Huston, 23, of Keokuk in the 300 block of Hawthorne Place on a charge for a revoked or denied driver's license for operating while intoxicated.
3/24/26 - 7:10 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at Athens Avenue and River Road.  
3/24/26 - 8:02 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block of South 9th Street. 
3/24/26 - 8:15 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1100 block of Main Street. 
3/24/26 - 10:02 PM - Keokuk police arrested Russell Allen Westermeyer, 55, of Keokuk in the 2300 block of Plank Road on a charge of driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
3/25/26 - 12:09 AM - Keokuk police arrested Kolton Lee Kellum, 21, of Keokuk in the 10th block of North 26th Street on a charge for a revoked or denied driver's license for operating while intoxicated. He was held in Lee County Jail.
