05/13/25 – 3:41 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 500 block of 9th Street.
05/13/25 – 6:15 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 600 block of Avenue H.
05/13/25 – 8:02 p.m. - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Avenue G.
05/14/25 – 1:10 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Rechell Thomas, 33, of Chicago, in the 200 block of Avenue H, on a charge of possession of marijuana.

05/09/25 – 12:30 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the Keokuk area.
05/09/25 – 12:59 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1200 block of Morgan Street.
05/09/25 – 2 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1200 block of Blondeau Street.
05/09/25 – 2:53 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1200 block of 7th Street.
05/10/25 – 4:01 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Lauren Michelle Rodriguez, 37, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of Main Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was held in Lee County Jail.
05/10/25 – 1:04 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Corey Eugene Kelts, 47, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of Morgan Street, on a charge of public intoxication. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/10/25 – 7:28 p.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a vandalism in the 100 block of S. 2nd Street.
05/10/25 – 9:05 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested James Leroy Defawn Haley, 26, of Burlington in the 1100 block of Main Street, on a charge of driving while barred. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/11/25 – 10 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 500 block of Bank Street.
05/11/25 – 11:14 a.m. - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 3100 block of Main Street.
05/11/25 – 11:59 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Timothy Scott Belmonti, 54, of Keokuk, in the 3100 block of Main Street, on warrants for 5th-degree theft. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/11/25 – 1:02 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested My Hanh Nguyen, 54, of Keokuk, in the 1500 block of Johnson Street on charges of disorderly conduct and illegal possession or consumption of alcohol. He was held in Lee County.
05/11/25 – 4:29 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Kendal Lamar Irvin, 55, of Keokuk, in the 2700 block of Main Street, on warrants for failure to appear and driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/11/25 – 9:15 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Charles Edward Harris, 57, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of F Street, on a charge of driving under suspension.
05/11/25 – 9:18 p.m. – Keokuk police cited Kegan Jordan Damico, 18, of Keokuk, I nthe 100 block of N. Water Street on a charge of 5th degree criminal mischief.
Lee County Sheriff’s Report
05/12/25 – 6 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in 3100 block of Hwy. 61. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Kaylee Marie Rogers, 24, of Keokuk, struck a deer. No injuries were reported.
05/12/25 – 1:55 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Matthew Dewight Sheese, 56, of Fort Madison, at the N. Lee County Courthouse on a warrant for possession of a marijuana. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/12/25 – 7:33 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Angelo Alexander Grasso, 41, of Farmington, at the sheriff’s office on a charge of OWI. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on a promise to appear.
05/13/25 – 11:30 p.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Aaron Lee Hamner, 41, of Keokuk, in the 1000 block of Johnson Street, on charges of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of prescription drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while barred, no proof of insurance, drug stamp violations, fraudulent use of registration, and in improper brake light. He was held in Lee County Jail.
05/14/25 – 1:06 a.m. – Lee County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Anthony Joseph Hamner, 46, of Fort Madison, on a warrant for pretrial release violation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
