Fort Madison Police Report
11/10/25 - 6:05 AM - Fort Madison police arrested Travis Lee Blint, 41, of Fort Madison in te 2200 block of Avenue C on a warrant for driving under suspension. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
11/10/25 - 6:59 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 3400 block of Avenue L. 
11/10/25 - 9:28 AM -  Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 900 block of Avenue H. 
11/20/25 - 11:52 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident at 3rd Street and Avenue F. 
11/10/25 - 12:15 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 6000 block of Avenue O. 
11/11/25 - 7:12 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 5400 block of Avenue O. 
11/11/25 - 7:44 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 1200 block of 32nd Street. 

Keokuk Police Report
11/11/25 - 7:27 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 1500 block of Exchange Street. 
11/11/25 - 8:51 PM - Keokuk police arrested Timothy John Smith, 49, of Keokuk in the 700 block of South 16th Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/12/25 - 1:10 AM - Keokuk police cited Demitria Lashelle Dupree, 36, of Keokuk in the 10th block of South 13th Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 
11/12/25 - 4:01 AM - Keokuk police arrested Hekeem Russell, 28, of Keokuk in the 1200 block of Johnson Street on a warrant for arrest of affidavit. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Lee County Sheriff's Report
11/12/25 - 9:07 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Taylor Lorance Manley, 43, of Keokuk, at the sheriff's office on an active warrant. He was held in Lee County Jail.
11/12/25 - 12:56 p.m. - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Heather Lee Mills, 45, Keokuk, at the S. Lee County Courthouse on an active warrant. She was held in Lee County Jail.
