11/14/23 – 2:12 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1200 block of 19th Street.

Keokuk Police Report
11/14/23 – 12:02 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Joseph William Taylor, Jr., 47, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of North 4th Street, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary – vehicle 2nd offense. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/14/23 – 12:38 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Joseph William Taylor, Jr., 47, of Keokuk, in the 600 block of Main Street, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary – vehicle 2nd offense. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/14/23 – 12:42 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Joseph William Taylor, Jr., 47, of Keokuk, in the 500 block of Main Street, on charges of 3rd degree burglary – vehicle 2nd offense and being a felon in control of a firearm. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/14/23 – 3:10 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Joseph William Taylor, Jr., 47, of Keokuk, at the South Lee County Courthouse, on a charge of 3rd degree burglary – vehicle 2nd offense. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/14/23 – 8:49 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested John Mitchell Donahue, 47, of Keokuk, in the 500 block of North 3rd, on a charge of violation of a domestic no-contact order. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/14/23 – 9:09 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Lydia Crystal Harlan, 40, of Keokuk, at Washington Street and Middle Road, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/14/23 – 9:59 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Ryne Steven Sackman, 31, of Keokuk, at North 7th and Morgan Streets, on a hold warrant for another agency. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/14/23 – 10:45 p.m. – Keokuk police arrested Casey Lynn Gunning, 43, of Keokuk, at North 12th and Morgan Streets, on a charge of failure to appear/contempt of court and driving under suspension. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/15/23 – 1:44 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Jessica Renee Esterday, 46, of Keokuk, in the 1100 block of Johnson Street, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/15/23 – 5:37 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Thurman Purdiman III, 32, of Burlington, in the 2400 block of Main Street, on a warrant for failure to appear/contempt of court and a charge of interference with official acts. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/15/23 – 6:52 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Taylor Ann Botger, 19, of Keokuk, at North 14th and Concert Streets, on charges of manufacturing/delivering/possession with intent marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
11/14/23 – 12:20 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Paul Douglas Bowden, 39, of Montrose, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to Lee County Jail and later released on bond.
