Fort Madison Police Report
11/27/23 – 10:10 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Avenue D.
11/27/23 – 3:23 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the Fort Madison area.
11/28/23 – 2:07 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Scott David Sportsman, 49, of Fort Madison, in the 800 block of Avenue G, on a warrant for interference with official acts. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
Keokuk Police Report
11/01/23 – 6:50 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 400 block of South 7th Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Rachel Ann Kemp, 32, of Alexandria, was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of Timea and South 7th Streets when a vehicle driven by Michael Cole Tripp, 25, of Keokuk, rear-ended Kemp's vehicle. Kemp reported minor injuries, but was not treated. No other injuries were reported. Kemp's vehicle sustained moderate damage and was driven from the scene; Tripp's vehicle sustained disabling damages and was towed from the scene. Tripp was cited for failure to stop in assured clear distance and failure to provide proof of financial liability – accident.
11/23/23 – 5:08 p.m. – Keokuk police responded to a report of a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of South 14th Street. According to the report, a vehicle driven by Brittany Nicole Loring, 26, of Keokuk, was traveling northbound in the 100 block of South 14th Street while texting and rear-ended a parked vehicle. No injuries were reported. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage. Loring was cited for no driver's license and texting while driving.
11/27/23 – 9:22 a.m. – Keokuk police cited and released Vincent J. McGinnis, 62, of Keokuk, in the 100 block of South 13th Street, on a charge of driving while barred.
11/27/23 – 11:49 a.m. – Keokuk police arrested Orion Hunter Glasgow, 19, of Keokuk, in the 200 block of Washington Street, on a charge of domestic assault impede air/blood flow. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/28/23 – Keokuk police had no activity to report.
Lee County Sheriff Report
11/27/23 – 4:04 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Paul William Londrie, at the North Lee County Courthouse, on a warrant for violation of parole. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/28/23 – Lee County sheriff deputies had no activity to report.
