Fort Madison Police Report
11/08/22 – 7:00 p.m. – Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of Avenue D.
11/08/22 – 8:13 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Antoine Anthony Pierce, 37, of Fort Madison, in the 1200 block of 26th Street, on a warrant for delivery of meth - more than 5gm. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/08/22 – 10:11 p.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Kimberly A. Sandeffer-Boorman, 37, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue F, on warrants for failure to provide security against liability (insurance), failure to have valid license or permit, driving while license denied/suspended, unauthorized use of credit card - probation violation fraud, and failure to appear. She was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/08/22 – 11:24 p.m. – Fort Madison police cited Luke Edward Garlington, 43, of Fort Madison, in the 1000 block of Avenue H, on a charge of OWI - 1st offense.
11/09/22 – 2:32 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Debra Colleen Smithhart, 49, of Fort Madison, in the 3000 block of Avenue J, on a warrant for driving while suspended. She was taken to Lee County Jail.

Lee County Sheriff Report
11/08/22 – 5:22 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested David Eugene Frietag, 24, of Fort Madison, in the 2000 block of 303rd Avenue, Fort Madison, on a charge of assault - simple. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
11/08/22 – 10:20 p.m. – Lee County sheriff deputies arrested Joshua James Hayes, 34, of Fort Madison, in the 2200 block of Avenue G, on 2 warrants for failure to appear and charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
