09/30/25 - 2:06 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1700 block of Avenue I. 
09/30/25 - 6:29 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1500 block of Avenue F. 
10:01/25 - 8:28 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1800 block of Avenue D. 

Keokuk Police Report
09/30/25 - 10:49 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle in the 1000 block of Main Street. 
09/30/25 - 3:00 PM - Keokuk policie arrested Eric David Carlson, 39, of Keokuk in the 500 block of Eicher Street on charges of obstructing emergency communications and domestic abuse assault. He was held in Lee County Jail.
10/01/25 - 3:26 AM - Keokuk police arrested Dyrece T. Knaff, 21, of Quincy in the 1200 block of Blondaeu Street on a warrant on hold for another agency.  

Lee County Police Report
09/30/25 - 10:12 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gillies Jean Pierre Torlet, 50, of Keokuk in the 3200 block of Main Street in Keokuk on a charge of operating while intoxicated. He was held in Lee County Jail. 
Those listed above should be and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
