Fort Madison Police Report
10/02/23 – 8:44 a.m. – Fort Madison police arrested Robert Lee Dunn, 34, of Fort Madison, in the 1100 block of Avenue D, on a warrant for failure to appear – driving while barred. He was taken to Lee County Jail.
10/02/23 – 8:44 a.m. – Fort Madison police cited Justin Robert Bowden, 42, of Montrose, in the 1100 block of Avenue D, on a charge of driving while barred.
10/03/23 – 9:02 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a larceny/theft in the 4900 block of Avenue O.
10/03/23 – 11:23 p.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a gas odor in the 2900 block of Avenue M.
10/04/23 – 12:12 – Fort Madison Police arrested Jason Theodore Kokjohn, 42, of Fort Madison at the police station on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
10/04/23 – 2:55 a.m. – Fort Madison Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 4600 block of Avenue J.

Lee County Sheriff’s Report
10/02/23 – Lee County sheriff deputies had no activity to report.
10/04/23 – Lee County sheriff’s deputies arrested Jason Theodore Kokjohn, 42, of Fort Madison, on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and released on bond.

Keokuk Police Report
09/29/23 – 2:17 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 15-year-old male juvenile in the 1700 block of High Street, on a charge of assault with bodily injury. He was released to a parent.
09/29/23 – 2:22 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested a 15-year-old male in the 2200 block of of Middle Road on a charge of 3rd degree criminal mischief. He was released to a parent.
09/29/23 – 10:20 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Michael Anthony Mayoral, 35, of Keokuk, in the 1800 block of Franklin Street on a charge of child endangerment. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
09/29/23 – 10:55 p.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a single vehicle accident in the 400 bloc of Concert St. According to reports a vehicle driven by Tyree Omar Tillman, 29, of Hamilton lost control after traveling at a high-rate of speed and struck a concrete column connected to St. Johns Episcopal Church. He was found laying on the concrete with severe injuries after being pulled from the vehicle by a passerby. The incident remains under investigation and charges are pending.
09/30/23 – 12:45 a.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Kara Sue Nelson, 28, of Fort Madison in the 500 block of Blondeau on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and interference with official acts. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
09/30/23 – 2:20 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Jill Marie Lovell, 34, of Keokuk, in the 400 block of Blondeau, on an active felony warrant and a charge of 3rd-degree theft. She was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
10/01/23 – 7:37 a.m. – Keokuk Police responded to a two-vehicle incident. According to reports, a vehicle driven by Anthony Rome Blick, 44, of Keokuk was east bound in the 400 block of Concert St and was stopped at a stop sign but failed to yield to a vehicle driven by Julian Chandler Brooks, of Hamilton, Ill. Blick was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way.
10/01/23 – 2:50 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Nathan Kendall Byrum, 32, of Keokuk, in the 1400 block of Concert Street on an active warrant. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
10/02/23 – 1:57 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Cody Dale Kussman, 35 of Keokuk in the 1500 block of Palean Street on charges of 2nd-degree theft, eluding police, and possession of a controlled substance. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
10/03/23 – 10:18 a.m. – Keokuk Police cited Michelle Lynn Litty, 48, of Keokuk, in the 300 block of Hwy. 61 bypass on a charge of driving under suspension.
10/03/23 – 9:13 p.m. – Keokuk Police cited Dakota Lee Rogers, 31, of Keokuk, in the 1300 block of Main Street, on a charge of assault with bodily injury.
10/03/23 – 11:56 p.m. – Keokuk Police arrested Audrick Ray Haist, 24, of Keokuk, in the 700 block of Washington Street, on a charge of intentional intimidation with a weapon. He was taken to Lee County Jail and held.
Those listed above are arrested on suspicion of a charge and are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
