Fort Madison Police Report
09/15/26 - 8:50 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of an accident with no injury in the 1500 block of Avenue G.
09/15/26 - 10:41 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 700 block of Riverview Drive.
09/15/26 - 11:37 AM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2100 block of Avenue L.
09/15/26 - 2:28 PM - Fort Madison police arrested Richard Buchanan Rhodes, 16, of Fort Madison, at the 5400 block of Avenue P on a charge of trespassing. He was held in Lee County Jail.
09/15/26 - 10:13 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of vandalism in the 2800 block of Avenue H.

09/15/26 - 8:01 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 100 block of Bel Air Street.
09/15/26 - 10:40 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 3100 block of Main Street.
09/15/26 - 11:17 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2000 block of Main Street.
09/15/26 - 1:25 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 3100 block of Main Street.
09/15/26 - 1:38 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident in the 300 block of Main Street. Joshua Michael Spivey, 40, of Keokuk, was charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense, and no driver's license after he struck a legally parked vehicle while pulling into a parking space at Casey's. Spivey's vehicle sustained minor damage. Spivey was held in Lee County Jail. 
09/15/26 - 3:38 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue.
09/15/26 - 4:00 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 300 block of North Park Drive.
09/15/26 - 4:42 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 1300 block of Main Street.
09/15/26 - 9:55 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a no injury accident at Timea Street and South 15th Street. Christopher Allen Vandenburg, 56, of Keokuk, was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way after he failed to stop at an intersection and struck the vehicle of Ronald William Taylor, 63, of Keokuk. Both vehicles sustained functional damage.
