09/16/25 - 7:35 PM - Fort Madison police responded to a report of larceny and theft in the 2600 block of Avenue H. 

Keokuk Police Report 
09/16/25 - 8:43 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of a hit and run in the 700 block of Boulevard Road. 
09/16/25 - 11:08 AM - Keokuk police responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of Morgan Street. 
09/16/25 - 2:18 PM - Keokuk police responded to a report of hit and run at South 6th Street and Bank Street. 
09/16/25 - 9:10 PM - Keokuk police cited Miles James Burgess, 20, of Fort Madison in the 200 block of North 10th Street on a charge of driving under suspension. 
09/16/25. -11:10 PM - Keokuk police arrested Marcus Orlander Hawkins, 34, of Keokuk in the 10th block of North 16th Street on a warrant for an arrest of affidavit. He was held in Lee County Jail. 

Lee County Police Report
09/16/25 - 8:07 PM - Lee County Sheriff's deputies arrested John Allen Scott Junior, 48, of Fort Madison in the 2500 block of 255th Street in Fort Madison on a warrant for violation of probation. He was held in Lee County Jail.
