09/03/25 -  1:36 AM - Keokuk police arrested Duilio Rodolfo Cordoba, 54, of Keokuk in the 1st block of North 16th Street on charges of simulating public intoxication, assault with a bodily injury, and criminal mischief in the fifth degree.  He was held in Lee County Jail.
